Why darkness is to be loved

A lot of people go about spiritual things all wrong, they think it’s an aspect of "how much power do you have" power being ability to manifest changes in the surrounding by willpower. But that has nothing to do with advancing spiritually, more often than not powers are a hindrance and not a help. One of the lives I remember is where I was a god of thunder in ancient Greece. (Very common thing since souls tend to be collections and not actual separate entities). That life was very spiritually powerful but not really worth much in advancing spiritually. I would much prefer to be a human than a god any day of the week, the amount of choice, the ability to create and experience is so much greater when being human.

The thing is that there are an infinite amount of timelines and souls. So if you imagine yourself being somewhere in the past you've most likely been there, since time isn’t a linear single existence where when you die in 2001 you can’t be born again in 1999 so there can be millions of souls which in their own timelines were gods of thunder but now choose to manifest as a different thing. All were the same thing but in different realities. In the end there is just one soul anyway. That’s besides the point however.  Point being that when something becomes the focus of interest and is taken as a sign of spiritual advance then the actual indicator of advance, which is inside, is forgotten. I see people like that every day, they all go "I’m so high because I have so much energy in spiritual realm", often I just smile and let them think they are better than a hedgehog or a banana.

But in reality there is no way to measure how advanced one is, really. The point being that whatever a person does spiritually it should be directed at finding the truth and helping the self, not necessarily by harming others by any measure. But since there really is no difference between self "here" and self "out there" any act you do to improve yourself or others will invariably help both. I get these crystal clear images in my head of how the universe actually works. No idea if they are real or not but they fit the world so perfectly and explain it so clearly that I no longer fear much. For example, one picture I have is of this bright yellow orb the "soul" or the starting soul, and then these black slightly see-through strands are pulled over this orb in all manner of crisscrossing pattern. The small individual parts that remain clearly visible are individual souls, they can’t exist without the light to give them life or the darkness that gives them shape. Light is divine and darkness is individualism, both are in perfect balance and without one or the other the world stops. So I see these people who go on about how they are doing god’s work or some variant thereof by "destroying dark energy". Quite common in the new age community to go after "darkness" which is actually harmful to the people themselves as it causes them to try to destroy themselves. Instead of understanding that without the balance between darkness and light, the ability to love the light that gives us life and the darkness that splits the light and gives us experience we are hating life itself and the more people do that the more depressed they get and more they do it since they think "the darkness is attacking me" and eventually they implode, I’ve seen it happen so many times.

The real trick is that almost every individual soul is covered by these strands of darkness as well and the thing to do is to focus on the light sufficiently that it starts to push these strands to the side enough so that you can clear the small pieces of yourself into one fairly unified whole and then help others form whole personalities and experience life, eventually the next logical experience is forming even bigger bubbles, and bigger and bigger until eventually it is one ball of light, which splits up again. There are two ways to actually unify two separate bubbles, one is by creating strands of dark energy to "cut off" pieces of another bubble and consume the pieces, one is to push the boundary aside and unify the two bubbles into one whole, more or less. These form the two basic forms of trying to reach back to the unified godhood. Both emerge from the love of light, one tries to do it by helping everyone else ascend, the other by consuming everyone else. Love of darkness will lead nowhere as all that does is evaporate the personality but it is magnificent tool for those who love the self, to lead others to believe that the way to advance is through darkness, as then they are easier to consume as they are self destructive anyway.
So the real self centered consumers at the top are very bright, funny, light people, they love existence and life. They figure the best way to get everyone back to the one state of unification is to become that one state by destroying everything else. They don’t "hate" life, they just want back to unity. If you love darkness and someone offers it to you (meanwhile cutting off a piece of you) you are very likely to accept it as it gives you the illusion of power. Once this is understood demons offer almost no danger to a person, as long as any kind of bargain or deal or desire is avoided.

But I've been present in situations after my realization where everyone else was freaking out about a spirit and I could feel its love for life and how much it wanted to consume others, I didn’t feel it as "dark" just as "don’t let him do it as it will end your life, best way to resist is to focus on the love within and it will not be able to harm you". Also freaks a lot of spiritual people out when I can meditate and focus on the darkness that is an aspect of the divine since it looks to a seer as a pitch black hole in space. But to create something as separate of something else, darkness must be used, it’s no different than cutting the umbilical cord. The universe starts as a single entity, thus by definition selfish as there is nothing outside the self. To feel love for another entity there must be more than the self. So it splits to feel love for others, and as long as there is a single entity that refuses to be devoured then a selfish entity will never ever reach the divinity, the only path back there is through loving others as well. So the universe starts as selfish, ends in selfishness but that selfishness can never be reached by being selfish. And the only way to ever reach that is to love everything, self included and as long as people condemn darkness they are still hating some aspect of the whole (the aspect that chooses to use darkness to kill others) and thus by definition are still being selfish. So many of the new age gurus, movements and such are actually selfish constructs designed to help consume their followers, by leading them on an illusionary holy war against an aspect of love all the while consuming their energy by having them believe that hatred for something can lead to love of the divine, that by hating and destroying darkness they can get love in return. This is one of the things that drives ME up a tree, to see people not get it, though luckily, more and more people are getting it.

Thing is, there is no way this can end badly, ever all it takes is one entity aware of this that says "I won’t let this come to pass" and making the decision to help lesser entities awaken to the situation and make up their own decisions. After that there will be an entity that can’t be destroyed or consumed and as others like it can’t be either there will be a massive advantage on them and as selfish by definition seeks the path of most power they will eventually shift to the side that has most power, thus, they will also become unselfish or they will get to the very end and understand that everything and everyone else refuses to be consumed so merging is the only option that’s why there are so many guides and spirits constantly around, they are the folks that want to make sure our will is done as best we want it. Not to really say what we should or shouldn’t do, but to guard that our will and desire is helped, not to help us create a specific situation but that we can experience life as we desire. If we desire to be bullshitted and eaten then our guides will gladly allow it. Wouldn’t be unselfish to stop something that both want to do thus, knowledge is power and applied knowledge creates safety. I remember at the funeral, looking at a wine glass with very little home brew beer left. It was a bright yellow color with dark strands of yeast through it. As I listened to the priest speak and the quests talk about death I had that glass in hand and twirled it around slowly and watched the pattern in the glass change as the yeast would form new nets, break, meld back with the drink as I swirled it, when I stopped again it started forming the nets again. I kept doing it for almost half an hour. Thinking to myself that, this wine glass with a little beer on the bottom knows more about the universe than I did 2 year ago, I was filled with such a sense of love. So, yeah, I’m a hippie not to sound too spiritual but "they who have the eyes to see can see the kingdom of god everywhere" and all that.

A world filled with torture, death, suffering and an endless competition where everyone agrees to it, is more selfless than a world, where most want to help others but a few wish to consume others and the many force the few to agree. That’s why selflessness in the spiritual sense doesn’t force it comes naturally, just when it is meant to. It is like a gust of wind at just the right time that brushes the hair from your face so you don’t have to. Selflessness would, in that case, either evict the selfish from the planet by refusing to be eaten or create a new universe and move there and ban the selfishness from following and experience life there. Only case where selflessness would actively intervene in a mixed world like ours is if the situation got out of hand badly enough and even then just enough to make sure it doesn’t collapse because, after all, what help is it to those that think the universe is a competition if you force them by superior strength to accept your view of the universe as not being competition. Worlds like these serve an important purpose, they help souls make up their mind on how to advance, is it by forcing others in some way or is it by helping others in some way.
